How to easily monitor fixture positioning
In the DVC Setup software, after inserting a fixture from its SSL library, a keyboard key is automatically associated with your light PAN & TILT movements. The "Shortcut" button should be used to assign a shortcut to your fixtures. Keys go from letter “A” (top left hand corner) to letter “N” (bottom row) on the keyboard, depending on the number of fixtures inserted. You can group the PAN & TILT of your lights together : use the "shortcut" button to assign your lights the same keyboard shortcut. You can also assign your lights several shortcuts: use the "advanced" button. Maintain shortcut(s) key(s) pressed and move the mouse in the same time. Scans and Moving heads will move together. You may also find a suitable position for a fixture and transmit it to the other fixtures : While positioning, your reference lighting (via PAN & TILT shortcuts and the mouse) do not move the mouse and press the other PAN & TILT fixture shortcuts you wish to position. You can also use the PAN & TILIT preset : right-click on a PAN & TILT icon, a window will appear. For furter information, please read the online manual. |
